Factotum offer full management service for Long Term, Short Term and Holiday/Festival lets. Our commission rates are as follows:

Long Term: 12.5% of the monthly rent (+ VAT)
Short Term: 15% of the monthly rent (+ VAT)
Holiday/Festival: 17% of the weekly rent (+ VAT)
